To continue driving our growth, we are looking to incorporate a Purchasing Director to join our leadership team — someone with strategic vision and strong sensitivity for design, product and trends.

YOUR MISSION

To define and lead Textura’s purchasing strategy, aligning product, costs, quality, design and brand experience to ensure the company’s competitiveness and future growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define the seasonal purchasing strategy: quantities, pricing, margins, quality and sourcing policies.

  • Manage the purchasing budget and monitor the forecast together with Operations.

  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best conditions in terms of cost, lead times, quality and service.

  • Coordinate the entire sourcing process — from purchase to delivery at stores or warehouse — ensuring compliance with all standards.

  • Work closely with the Design team to develop products, new proposals and new categories.

  • Analyse market, competitors and trends to identify opportunities and optimise the assortment.

  • Drive the search for new suppliers and markets that bring innovation and added value.

  • Oversee planning and team development, fostering growth and a strong results-oriented culture.

  • Ensure continuous improvement of processes, logistics costs and overall supply chain efficiency.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role within the retail sector.

  • Proven experience in team management.

  • High level of English (mandatory).

  • Strong command of analytical tools (advanced Excel, BI, data analysis, etc.).

  • Results-driven profile with strong negotiation skills and business acumen.
