1. ORGANIZING COMPANY

TEXTURA, with registered office at calle Mallorca nº 43, 08029, Barcelona, Spain, and CIF B60552619, organizes for promotional purposes a nationwide giveaway, exclusive to Spain, via Instagram, in collaboration with VELUTO SCIENCE COSMETICS SL, with registered office at calle Rioja 25 01005 – Vitoria-Gasteiz, Spain, and CIF B72833049, hereinafter “the Organizers”.

2. START AND END DATE & WINNER COMMUNICATION

Participation is open from September 19, 2025 at 8:00h to September 26, 2025 at 23:59h. The winner will be notified privately and then publicly announced on October 3, 2025 in the giveaway post description on @texturainteriors Instagram, in collaboration with @veluto.science. The winner has 48 hours to accept the prize; otherwise, alternates will be contacted.

3. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

Open to all natural persons who: have a real Instagram account (no fake/automated/contest-only profiles), reside in Spain, follow the participation instructions below. Employees and second-degree relatives of the Organizers are excluded. Participation is free and does not require any payment.

4. GIVEAWAY MECHANICS

To participate: 1) Follow @texturainteriors and @veluto.science on Instagram; 2) Like the official giveaway post; 3) Register via the , which implies automatic newsletter subscription (required for participation). Subscription must be maintained during the giveaway; after the winner is announced, participants may unsubscribe without affecting their right to the prize.

5. PRIZE

The winner will receive a Home Spa pack from TEXTURA and products from VELUTO SCIENTIFIC COSMETICS, including: 1 cotton bathrobe with straps (Bataspa), 1 set of three white cotton makeup remover pads (Toallitaspa), 1 cotton headband with velcro (Diademaspa), 1 white cotton hair tie (Gomaspa), 1 set of two absorbent wristbands (Muñequeraspa), and 5 Veluto Scientific Cosmetics products according to the winner’s facial routine.

6. WINNER SELECTION

The winner will be chosen randomly using an automated tool among all valid entries. The Organizers reserve the right to verify compliance with all requirements before validating the winner. Alternates will be designated if necessary.

7. PRIZE DELIVERY

TEXTURA will send the prize to the address provided by the winner within one month of announcement. Shipping costs are covered by the Organizers. The prize cannot be exchanged, altered, compensated in cash, or transferred to third parties at the winner’s request.

8. INSTAGRAM DISCLAIMER

Instagram does not sponsor, endorse, or administer this giveaway nor is associated with it. Users fully release Instagram from any liability.

9. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS & LIABILITY

Participation implies full acceptance of these terms. The Organizers may modify terms or cancel the giveaway due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure. Any disrespectful or fraudulent participation will be disqualified.

10. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

Personal data provided will be processed jointly by TEXTURA and VELUTO SCIENTIFIC COSMETICS to manage the giveaway, contact the winner, send the prize, and send commercial communications. Legal basis: participant’s consent upon registration and acceptance of these terms. Data will be kept as needed for the giveaway and until unsubscription is requested.
