Are you Premium and your cart isn’t showing the correct prices?




If you’re already a Premium customer but your cart isn’t showing Premium prices, check these points:




1. Are you logged in?


We need to know who you are to offer all the club benefits. Enter your email and you’ll receive a 6‑digit access code.

Easy and secure: no password needed.



2. Your account may not be registered as Premium


Logging in doesn’t automatically mean the account is Premium. The first time, you need to complete the Premium Registration. Then log in again and that’s it!



3. Your account may be registered with another email


If prices still don’t appear, you may have registered with another email.

Try registering again. If the system indicates that the phone number is already registered, try logging in with your other email address. If you don’t remember which one you used, contact us. We’ll solve it in a second!



4. Refresh the page


Sometimes, if you added products to the cart before logging in, the prices may take a moment to update. Refresh the page so the prices recalculate.
