To continue driving our growth, we are looking to incorporate a Digital Designer to join our team, bringing creative vision, aesthetic sensitivity and strong adaptability to a highly digital environment.

We are looking for someone proactive, detail-oriented and passionate about digital design — someone who brings visual sensitivity, sound criteria and a continuous improvement mindset.


YOUR MISSION


To develop, evolve and execute Textura’s visual identity across all digital and physical touchpoints, ensuring brand consistency and creative excellence. You will be responsible for graphic production for campaigns, digital content, email marketing, web assets and corporate materials, working cross-functionally with Marketing, CRM, eCommerce and Trade teams.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


Branding & Design

  • Develop and evolve the brand’s visual identity across all formats.

  • Design graphic materials for campaigns, social media, website, landings, banners and POS.

  • Create and maintain a brand toolkit with visual guidelines, typography and colour palettes.

  • Adapt creative assets to different digital formats and touchpoints (email, web, social, trade).

Digital & Marketing Automation

  • Design and build newsletters and email marketing campaigns using tools such as Klaviyo, Connectif, Mailchimp or similar.

  • Design and structure website content, home layouts and landings in CMS platforms (Shopify, WordPress).

  • Ensure strong visual integration between design and content, optimising for conversion and engagement.

  • Collaborate with the CRM team on automated flows and triggered journeys.

  • Implement visual A/B tests and propose improvements based on performance.

Campaigns & Communication

  • Contribute to the ideation and execution of 360° campaigns alongside Brand and Trade Marketing teams.

  • Adapt campaign assets to different channels (digital, retail, B2B).

  • Design materials for events, presentations and internal communication.

  • Collaborate with external agencies, photographers and vendors to ensure visual consistency.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Advertising or similar.

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in digital design in a brand, agency or eCommerce environment.

  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects…).

  • Experience designing and coding emails and HTML templates for marketing automation tools.

  • Basic knowledge of UX/UI and responsive design.

  • Highly valued: experience with CMS such as Shopify or WordPress.

  • Ability to work with briefs, calendars and multiple stakeholders.

  • Strong aesthetic standards and meticulous attention to detail.

  • Ability to work autonomously, stay organised, and collaborate with a team.
