Stretching when you wake up and before going to bed

Texture and Ffitcoco: a great team. Coco tells us that stretching when you wake up wakes up the body and produces a feeling of well-being. There's nothing better to start a good day.

1.

Sitting on your lap, stretch your neck with the help of your hand, first to one side and then to the other.

2.

Move forward with your hands and breathe in, extending your spine and stretching the muscles in your abdominal area.

3.

Step back with your hands and bend from the hips to straighten your spine. Place your hands on your elbows and bend your knees.

And before going to bed...

Stretching before going to bed is another small ritual that will relax your body and mind in just 3 minutes. Lie down on a large, plush throw blanket and start relaxing.

1.

Close your eyes and breathe, lower your heart rate and stretch your arms with your fingers interlaced.

2.

Inhale and raise your right arm, exhale and let it fall, resting the elbow of your other arm on the plaid.

3.

Repeat with your left arm, take your time to release all the tension and prepare your body for sleep.

You'll sleep better. You'll wake up feeling better.
