try to go to sleep at the same time every day

Before getting into bed, take a short shower

A shower of no more than five minutes, since water activates the body, and that's not the plan: the goal is to disconnect from the outside world and relax under the gentle effects of warm water on your skin. Stepping out of the shower will feel clean and well-being, reminiscent of your childhood... remember that?

Relax your body on the bed, your mind blank. Inhale: one, two, three, four, five, six... When you reach nine, hold your breath for a few seconds and exhale: one, two, three, four, five, six...

When your eye closes, blow out the candle, close the other eye, and let yourself go.
